Job Lifecycle

Job States

The different states your workflows go through:

• Running: Workflow actively executing
• Succeeded: Workflow completed successfully
• Failed: Workflow encountered an error

Interface for monitoring all your workflow executions:

Job Information Display

• Workflow Name: Your custom name or auto-generated identifier
• Workflow Type: Standard or Comparison
• Data Used: Input file name and reference data (if applicable)
• Model: Computational method (PCA, scVI, TranscriptFormer)
• Status: Current execution state with visual indicators
• Created: Submission timestamp
• Expires: Automatic deletion time (24 hours)

Managing Your Jobs

Job Limits

• Maximum concurrent jobs: 3 jobs running simultaneously
• Total jobs: No limit on completed or failed jobs
• Automatic cleanup: Jobs and results deleted after 24 hours
